Classes
1. The Power of Birth: Birth Preparation Classes
Duration: 8 hours (over 2 classes)
For: Mums and birth partners
Learn how the mind and body work together in birth.
Understand physiological birth, your choices, and the evidence behind them.
Bridging the gap between how your body births and what the NHS service offered.
Teaching you self confidence through knowledge and trust.
2. The Space Between: Movement and Massage
Duration: 2 weeks (2x 2 hour classes)
For: Mums and birth partners
Using traditional Rebozo scarfs, I will teach you traditional Mexican Midwife techniques, positions and movement that creates optimal space for your baby to birth.
Together we explore how to safely use aromatherapy oils through massage for a calm, balanced pregnancy, labour and birth experience.

3. HYPNOBIRTHING: Let Your Mind Birth
Duration: 4 weeks (1-hour classes)
Just for mums to be.
Train your mind for pregnancy, labour, birth, and early motherhood.
The midwife-led classes, will guide you through hypnotherapy scripts, mindset training and relaxation.
Your brain is the strongest muscle in the body. Training your mind in preparation for labour and birth is essential.
